Sunday, and still no surgery for El Brato . . . The good news is, they are planning on doing it around 7-8 p.m., Ireland time. In other words, it should be happening right now, but we won't know until I get confirmation from his Dad.
Oh, the suspense of it all . . .
On a different subject, yesterday Marcellus and I managed to finish 2 linen shirts (for him), one St. Louis style tunic (for Carlos), and one linen chiton (for moi), not to mention lots of shopping, as well as cleaning around the house. All that, plus visiting with friends and watching the "Lord of the Rings" extended trilogy while sewing.
Now that is what I call an accomplishment.
Today we got to our gig on time, and our little Alle Psallite band managed to nail Tomás Luis de Victorias' Sitientes. Flawlessly.
Now, if I can get myself to memorize the entire set of tenor pieces for Pennsic Choir, I will be deliriously happy.
