Well, I survived day two of my new program, and I was much more successful this time. Yay me!

In other news, I am separating my blogs by themes. Why? Because I believe that some topics are better served blogged here, while some others look better in a different place.

Take for instance my posts on travel and photography. has a fantastic interface for that kind of thing. The level of customization is way superior to LJ. Hence, that's where they are going. I have included a link to "Planet Bel," which is my new site over there in my LJ links list. I would like to figure out a way to do an RSS feed of that so it reflects here, but I am not sure how. (It does for Facebook and Twitter.)

This does not mean that I would stop posting here in good ole Live Journal. My personal, fitness and SCA related posts will remain firmly here, as will my Dancing with The Stars and Project Runway recaps (the latter for the time being, anyway). Most of my friends, rapier fighters and costumers are here, so why mess with that? I like you guys, so I prefer to keep in touch with you ;-)

As for costuming stuff, there is a good chance that a lot of it will go to my Since it has a Wordpress interface, updating that one should be a lot easier now.

At least, that's the plan.

And speaking of websites, because of the switch of hosts, some of the links have changed. Mostly, this has affected the sites for Marcellus, Geoff's and the rest. I just finished talking with Bluehost, and the fix is pretty easy. I can do it for the links here on LJ, but I need to change them on the FFG website.

Stay tuned.
