Playing with WordPress

Two posts today? Imagine that.

Of course, I cheated. The DWTS was written last night and just polished and posted today. So there.

If my entries have been sparse and mostly dedicated to reviews, it is because I am still trying to figure out what to do with my blogs.

Yes, in plural.

This one, I would like to keep for personal matters and, for the time being, reviews. However, I have opened an account in WordPress and I am moving the archives of my old website to that one, and I'd like to start posting all of my costuming stuff in there.

For one thing it's more user friendly for those purposes, and allows me to update my website easier. I am still struggling with the commands, and I would like to figure out how to tie those entries to LJ. I know that elizabethnmafia does it, and it's pretty cool. You only post once, and it shows in both journals. I want to figure out how to do that.

I also wanted to post about the wonderful time I had at Chalice this past weekend, but work is (as usual) eating my brain. In the meantime, I leave you with the link to the little entry that I made in WordPress about my newest creation: a wool kirtle that made its debut at said event. Clicky here if you want to see the pics.

And that's all for now.

Back to the salt mines,
