More updates

Ahhh, snow is a many splendored thing, until you have to dig yourself out of it.

All I have to say, thank God for neighbors with snow plows. Although you still have to do a lot of digging, it does help a lot.

We are currently done with snow work, and enjoying the warmth of our cozy home again. The sun is shining, and hopefully some of the white stuff will melt before tomorrow's rush hour.

A girl can dream ...

At any rate, I updated my website yet again. This time, I have added information regarding the forepart. Check it out.

Let's hear it for snowy days.

yep, snow is pretty, digging out is work. We dug out both car and SUV today, and driveway. No need to go to the gym.
BTW, the abs exercises you gave Cat and me were killers...on Th even sneezing hurt. ha. My muscles are just so weak that they need to be built up before I can even do a full set of exercises. We only did 2 sets of 15 of the abs exercises because I was dieing.
Though at practice Marcellus worked with me a good bit and proved to me that if I relax into it, and "go with the zen of it", my "lizard brain " takes over and my body actually remembers what to do. That made me pretty happy. :)
So with the exception of my atrocious footwork, I felt a little better about my fighting. Its still an uphill battle, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.
But the snow is awfully pretty.

I am glad the workout worked for you! And congrats. You managed to do two sets! Keep it up and before you know it, you will be able to do the three. :-D

And of course, once you manage that, we'll switch it again so your body can get surprised and not get into a rut. Bhahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome! It took me quite a while to figure that one out. LOL. To this day, my best moves are the ones that come without me thinking about it. Sort of, "Whoa! What did I just do?" And it's just the body going on automatic, executing the stuff that had been ingrained in the subconscious.

Yes, there is light at the end of the tunnel. And once you get yout body in the shape, the light will get even brighter. ;-)
