Trogdor!

Rapier, Costuming, Blah, Blah, Blah . . .

I have been feeling constantly tired lately.

I am not sure whether it is stress, overtraining, or something else. Maybe it is a little bit from column a) and a little bit from column b). This has resulted in my missing a bunch of gym days for the past two weeks. The fact that our personal trainer has transferred to another gym and left our program pretty much in the air doesn't help either.

The PT issue is easy to solve. He was promoted to training manager at another branch, but he'll work up a schedule in order for him to finish with the sessions he owe us. Either that, or refer us to another trainer at our gym. It is a pity, because we like him very much, in spite of the fact that we have never been so mercilessly tortured by anyone else like that before.

But the constant sense of fatigue does worry me.

This weekend, I intend to work on my gathered petticoat. Hopefully, I will have it finished by Sapphire.

It is funny, with kirtles. Just today I was telling greta_k that whipping out this 16th Century gathered petticoat had been almost a breeze, even if it was my first one, whereas I am still freaking out about cutting the 15th Century fitted gown that charlgirlgenius helped me fit.

Perhaps it is because at this point I understand how 16th Century clothes work, having researched and made plenty of them, whereas I am not yet sure about 14th and 15th Centuries. I am sure once I get the hang of it, I'll whip out those suckers like nobody's business.

And now, I'll get ready to go home. It is a beautiful Friday, and I am looking forward to the weekend.

Happy Friday to y'all!
