Morning workout

Dear preacher biceps curl machine. I hate you. Mooooove silly thing!!!!

Dear triceps push thingy machine. I love you.

Which proves once more that my triceps are currently stronger than my biceps. Must work on those. (But then, I knew that. Hence the preacher curls. Give me time. I'm getting there!)

For most people it's the other way around. But I must admit, I hate to work my biceps. I love the lat pull downs. It must move a lot of blood or something. It almost makes me high.

I actually love working on my biceps, but this particular machine still drives me bonkers. It is also that I am going for heavier weight, which is a lot more challenging. But yeah, lifting gives you a feeling of exhilaration. I love it.
